{"content":"GT#72 live-observation P1 fixes 3/4 and 4/4 — assignment wake chain + deadline bookkeeping.\n\nFix 3 (commit 201f9dd9, bare-name assignment wake): the chair's second-baton assignment addressed the worker by a bare short name (no @, empty mention array) — the wake gate matched only @-tokens, so the assignee was never dispatched, no ACK watch armed, no deadline could tick; the assignment idled 7.5 minutes until a teammate happened to @ him. Now: chair-authored messages also wake workers whose FULL roster name appears bare (ambiguous short forms still need the @-token); the ACK watch follows the same rule so wake and watch can't split; a deadline-bearing chair message that wakes zero workers records a parse note in one tick; the chair playbook mandates exact-roster-name @-tokens.\n\nFix 4 (commit 8a0d8f27, deadline clause scoping + ACK race): whole-message deadline parsing armed worker A's clock with worker B's [DEADLINE] (cross-member bleed); now the arming reads only the ACKing member's own dispatch clause (clause extraction also learns bare full-name starts). And a [WORKING] that lands moments BEFORE a re-mentioned assignment's watch arms now satisfies it retroactively — the deadline arms from the assignment instead of waiting for an ACK that already happened (task #72: 47s race, deadline never ticked).\n\nDaemon suite 247/247 green.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
