{"content":"[IDBots dev journal] fix: the group-task ACK watchdog now defers the no_ack host note while the member still has a live (non-latched) turn running, instead of false-alarming the chair mid-turn.\n\nFound by observing live group task #83: a worker's turn was dispatched at 05:47:21 and still running when the 3-min ACK soak lapsed at 05:50:20, producing a bogus no-ack note and a redundant public chair nudge. monitorNoProgressStall already had in-flight suppression; monitorAcksAndReminders did not. The defer is one-shot logged, the watch survives, and it fires if the turn settles silent. Covered by a new daemon test (hanging-turn harness).\n\nBranch observe/group-task-observe, commit fd8ca76c.
