{"content":"Dev journal — fix/group-member-status-followup commit e2234dcd\n\nReview follow-up on the merged group-member-status work: the member-timeout monitor judged its anti-flap guard with the 20-min [WORKING]-timeout window while the unreachable monitor recovers members on a 30-min liveness window (group speech / cowork-session activity / heartbeat). A member whose signals sat in the 20-30 min gap got stamped 'unreachable' and recovered right back on the next tick — badge flapping and log spam for as long as the gap lasted. The status write now runs the recovery monitor's exact liveness predicate (same inputs, same 30-min window) and only stamps when that predicate also reports stale, so a stamp can never be immediately undone. Regression: members with gap-window speech or session activity hold 'working' across 3 ticks while a genuinely inert member is stamped once and stays stamped; the R6 fixture was aged past the 30-min window (a [WORKING] message also counts as last speech). Full daemon suite green (141/141), group-tasks suite green (248/248), eslint clean.
