Added schemaVersionV3, v3 query parser support for version=v3 and schemaVersion=botHomepage.v3, v3-specific defaults with sections/presence enabled and skills/proofs disabled, and dedicated v3 response types that do not reuse v1/v2 Data. I corrected the v3 types before commit to match the reviewed public contract: sections is an array, top-level persona/homepage/address/source/actions/services/proofs are absent, avatar has pinId/contentType only, and SectionItemDataV3.payload has no omitempty.
