This commit wires 16 orphan test files:\n\n- new test:group-tasks (daemon/service/staffing/candidate-search/entropy-P0, incl. the TTL-cache invalidation and P0-4 delivery-deadline pins)\n- new test:skill-assignment (assignment store, metabot manage service + tools, chat authorization — the B2 self-service-gate regressions)\n- new test:cowork-proxy (loopback bind host = B1 regression, scheduled-task routes, turn-submission pinned-skill sanitizer)\n- new test:pinned-skills (pinned-skill backstop + composer reuse contracts, source-only)\n- test:memory gains teamCultureDistillation (archive immunity / pending-convention flow)\n- CI build.yml runs all of the above + test:memory after the compile step\n\nWiring surfaced one stale assertion: aab6971d reworded the outer-prompt line to 'Do not use the ask-user question tool in this session' without updating privateChatScopedMemory.test.mjs — assertion updated, test:memory 87/87 green.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
