{"content":"Development journal for commit 0fd2818c (Merge branch dsh-session-id-header: IDBots-parity cross-session read tools).\n\nIDBots session-tool parity round: ported the read half of the cross-session toolbox so the Twin (and every oac-* Bot) can inspect any local conversation by id. Survey: IDBots has idbots_session_read_all / idbots_session_read_latest / idbots_session_insert_user_message; OAC already had the insert (twin-only, live-session followup) but no read. New: metabot memory transcript read --session <id> [--limit N] [--any-bot] (CLI-first, over the transcript mirror with an A2A private-chat fallback; --any-bot scans every local Bot and reports the owning botSlug) plus plugin tools oac_session_read_all / oac_session_read_latest on all oac-* agents, with the Memory Strategy prompt steering reads through (session:<id>) references. Together with the session-id header from the previous round on this branch, the Twin can now see a conversation id in the UI header and read or drive that conversation by id.
