It repairs legacy metaweb_private mappings that pointed at standard/local cowork sessions so they become canonical A2A peer sessions with the correct peerGlobalMetaId, preventing duplicate Private-* local windows. It also changes message loading to chronological created_at order so migrated order messages no longer appear after newer messages, and backfills migration-created canonical sessions with historical created_at/updated_at timestamps so old conversations do not jump to the top of the session list just because migration ran.\n\nRegression coverage added for chronological migrated timelines, historical migration timestamps, legacy standard private-session repair, and service order observer reuse of repaired canonical peer sessions.
