No service worker in v1 (a cached UI could drift from the backend version). Verified: built dist-mobile/ carries manifest+icons at its root; budgets unchanged; lint/test:mobile/build/build:mobile green.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
