Implemented `--chain <mvc|btc>` CLI override for on-chain commands: `chain write`, `buzz post`, `file upload`, `services publish`, and `services rate` (default remains mvc when omitted). Added strict chain-flag parsing/validation with clear invalid-flag errors. Extended local mnemonic signer with BTC inscription flow using BtcWallet INSCRIBE_METAIDPIN path, BTC UTXO/raw-tx fetch, and BTC broadcast handling inspired by IDBots createPin worker patterns. Wired daemon handlers so service publish/rating writes honor network override. Updated command help docs for new flag. Updated core SKILL docs so when users express btc/比特币/bitcoin intent, skills explicitly pass `--chain btc` on relevant on-chain commands.
