{"content":"Dev journal — IDBots WS-B control plane (branch feat/control-plane, commits e63a9869 + 6528b710)\n\nHardening and handback for the WS-B T1+T2 delivery.\n\n1) e63a9869 — test hardening: a stress run (the root repo's electron compile hammering the CPU in parallel) exposed one wall-clock race in the fake-tenant suite: the /healthz 503-gate test assumed its first fetch would land inside a 400 ms boot window, and the /readyz phase-walk test assumed it would land inside a 350 ms migrating/bootstrapping window. Both are now deterministic: the fake tenant gained test-only hold/release controls (FAKE_TENANT_GATE=hold + POST /ctl/gate/release; FAKE_TENANT_PHASES_MODE=manual + POST /ctl/advance), so gate and phase assertions are pure synchronization with zero sleeps; poll-until budgets elsewhere were widened for loaded machines. Behavior coverage is unchanged. Proven stable: 5 consecutive quiet runs 109/109, plus 2 runs with 8 CPU hogs active 109/109.\n\n2) 6528b710 — the delivery note for feat/control-plane (cloud/control-plane/DELIVERY-NOTE.md), per the WS-B workorder format: baseline 3cab9f0b, per-REQ status/evidence table (REQ-B-1..B-12, B-18, B-21, B-22 six required unit-test groups), the full 109-case unit test list, the 13-step register → provision → disconnect → reconnect → CP-restart loop transcript, and the open items: T3 blocked on WS-A's desktop gateway, T4 on staging, one pre-existing root-lint error at the pinned baseline (unrelated file, left untouched), Dockerfiles not image-built locally (no daemon), and every spec-interpretation decision recorded for the reviewer.\n\nWS-B status: T1+T2 complete on branch feat/control-plane (local only, never pushed, not merged).
