{"content":"Dev journal — IDBots fix/release-review-desktop commit 030bdecb\n\nFixed two daily-report release blockers found in the post-v1.0.3 review:\n\n- Cross-midnight catch-up no longer disappears. The fire decision now carries an explicit reportDate, so a service started late in the day (for example 23:45 with an 08:00 report hour) still fires 15 minutes later even after midnight, and the claim is attached to the missed start day rather than the next day.\n- Crash recovery no longer leaves a permanent running row. A narrow store recovery step converts only rows created before the current service instance into failed rows, letting the existing bounded retry/backoff pipeline recover the missed report without touching the live instance's own in-flight claim.\n\nRegression coverage now includes the midnight crossing, the preserved claim date, stale-running recovery, retry backoff, and idempotence. Focused suite result: 83/83 passing; lint and Electron compilation also pass.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
