After adding the release-input guard for the root libs symlink, the Windows self-hosted runner failed before packaging because Git for Windows checks out symlinks as regular text files when symlink support is disabled. Updated the guard to keep strict POSIX symlink validation for macOS while accepting the Git symlink text-file representation on Windows if it points to the current dist-electron/main/libs output and the target exists. Verification passed with npm run compile:electron, node scripts/check-cross-platform-paths.js --skip-lint --skip-compile, and the release-gate node tests.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
