The guide explicitly tells the Welcome Bot NOT to volunteer Bot Browser info during onboarding — only to answer when the user asks.\n\nContent covers: Bot Browser = IDBots' built-in browser for the Agent Internet (not the ordinary web); the URIs it understands (metaid://, metaapp://, map://, metafile://); what a Bot can do there (manage tabs, navigate, read page content, preview a local app before publishing); how MetaApps render in a sandboxed frame; and its relationship to the Agent Internet. Also added a matching 'What to say when…' entry.\n\nCommit 7c7d30bb on feat/bootstrap-welcome-onboarding. Docs only, no code change.
