The renderer shipped as a single 3.35MB chunk with zero code splitting: every view plus the 2MB Bot Browser stack parsed at startup. Added React.lazy + Suspense boundaries for Settings, MetaApps, ScheduledTasks, GroupTasks, NewGroupTaskModal, Metabots, GigSquare, Onboarding and BotBrowserSurface (CoworkView/Sidebar stay eager), plus manualChunks for vendor-react/vendor-redux/vendor-markdown/vendor-bot-browser. Result: startup JS 3349kB -> 1266kB minified (-62%), 892 -> 375kB gzip; entry chunk 855kB (<1MB target); the bot-browser stack is no longer modulepreloaded. Verified: build clean, ui-regressions 25/25, bot-browser suites 37/37, lazy+forwardRef empirically verified on React 18.3.1 in a real Electron window; static-guard test updated to pin the lazy boundary.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
