Wiring: dshRuntimeOpencodeSessionHeaders.test.mjs into test:cowork-proxy (56/56 green); avatarNormalize + metabotAvatarAgentTool into test:skill-assignment (153/153 green); new test:proposals script (tsx, 7/7 green) for botActionModel/proposalDecision, appended to test:release-regressions which CI executes. Also added the missing .gitignore tracking exceptions for botActionModel.test.ts, proposalDecision.test.ts and the pre-existing sleepGuard.test.mjs, matching the repo per-test exception convention.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
