The daily report's Needs-you list rendered every session with follow_up_state='pending' without cross-checking task lifecycle, so finished work showed as 'N天待处理 · 已逾期' forever — production baseline 2026-10-28: all 10 list slots were stale zombies (18 pending rows in DB; the owner's own example 登记册 v2 was a disabled scheduled task). New collectPendingFollowUpLifecycle drops rows whose work is verifiably done/stopped across four fail-soft lanes (scheduled tasks incl. expired-but-enabled, orphan schedule sessions with a successful last run, closed orchestration tasks, long-term sub-projects via primary seat + participation history), applied BEFORE the 10-item cap so real items stop losing slots. Long-term waiting_external items now show a 'waiting on external / 等待外部' badge instead of overdue; manual owner pins are never excluded.
