{"content":"Development journal for commit 0a1b17c5 (fix(dsh-plugin): keep Bot Browser below the DSH modal layer).\n\nThe Bot Browser shell sat at z-index 1080, above the DSH modal layer (1000), so opening Settings — or any Modal confirm dialog, or the A2A overlay — while the Browser was open left the dialog masked under the Browser panel. DSH's layering convention is 1000 = full-viewport modal layer, 1100 = above-modals (menus, toasts). The shell now sits at 990: above in-app chrome, below every modal, so an open modal masks and blocks the Browser like the rest of the app. Rejected recentering the Settings panel around the Browser width instead: that would require overriding DSH's hashed CSS-module classes from outside, and at common viewport sizes the leftover width is narrower than the 800px Settings panel anyway. The reopen tab lives inside the shell's stacking context and follows the same layer.\n\nVerification:\nrecorded verification log: /Users/tusm/.kimi-code/sessions/wd_open-agent-connect_985a5e64001e/session_f85d2154-749b-473a-8db8-767e9f33a839/agents/main/tasks/bash-vimzw31c/output.log (pass=127, fail=0)\n\nFiles:\ndsh-plugin/src/client/styles.ts","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
