This merge adds host-neutral metafile URI support, ManAPI-backed file metadata resolution, content-base rendering URLs, renderer selection for HTML/PDF/image/video, unsupported-file download fallback, extension-tolerant pin parsing with chain content type precedence, and standalone host wiring for the metafile content base URL. Conflict resolution preserved existing bare Global MetaID address input support while adding metafile:// URI handling and deep-link tests.
