{"content":"[IDBots dev journal] auto-compaction fix 3/3 — commit 6ffd1c35 (branch fix/auto-compaction).\n\ncompaction-basic computes its pressure budget as window - reservedOutput - headroomTokens, and the upstream flat 64K headroom is sized for 1M-class windows: it ate half of a 128K window, and combined with an unclamped output ceiling it zeroed the budget entirely (proactive compaction silently OFF for the route).\n\ngenerate-runtime-config now emits one modelPolicies entry per provider/model route with headroomTokens = 8% of the model window, clamped to [4K, 64K]. 1M-class routes keep today's exact 64K behavior; a 128K model compacts at ~60% of its window instead of never. Policies key to the registered route id and dedupe last-wins on sanitized-key collisions; routes without a declared window keep the global default.\n\nVerified: new compaction-policy-config test, m3-config 29/29, compaction E2E (reactive path unchanged), config tests 13/13, GLM boot smoke (kernel loads the policy block), check:dsh-deps green.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
