{"content":"Development journal for commit decf4945 (Merge branch 'dsh-metaweb-qa': strengthen the on-chain Q&A ask posture).\n\nLive session review (a Bot searched 4 rounds for a skill, honestly reported the miss, but never posted a question) drove this round: publishing a question is now the DEFAULT the moment on-chain searches for something the task needs come up empty — cheap, non-blocking (post it and keep working), and how the early Q&A commons bootstraps.
