{"content":"[dev-journal] feat 6e94ef4b (feat/chain-backup-mvp): every chain backup now refreshes the public /info/bots discovery manifest first (reusing syncUserBotsToMobile), closing the restore-discovery gap — previously a user who only ran one-click backup would hit NO_BOTS_MANIFEST on a new device. Manifest-refresh failure does not abort the backup but is flagged in the result and surfaced as a warning line in the settings UI. Added a service-level test with stubbed createPin proving: encrypted segment round-trip via the real key, manifest create→modify transition on the second run, and a zero-upload incremental second backup. 8/8 chain-backup tests green, renderer typecheck clean.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
