Full dream/RSI overhaul after a code-level audit: P0 closed the RLHF reward loop (skill-service ratings reach the provider's dream, thumbs-up positive replay feeds the capability pipeline, practice dead-writes stopped, silent input drops counted, self-identity capped + injection-screened); P1 made stored knowledge earn its tokens (usage audit for knowledge/belief memories with last_applied_at, private-chat hot layer, team culture in daily turns, append-only hot history); P3 cut cost/waste (configurable jury, batched exposure ledger, pre-dream surf failure-storm fix); P2 added the growth metric (frozen per-bot exams + telemetry chart, feedback-desert nudge, cerebellum follow-up eval script). Then a full external review round: 6 Major + 10 Minor + nits all verified and fixed in 15 fix commits. Verified on main after merge: tsc clean, test:rrsi/memory/dream-retry green, lint clean.
