The read-only context service resolves the authenticated observer and peer GlobalMetaIDs, authoritative local Boss/Twin facts, current Friend state when available, first-contact versus prior-interaction state, bounded objective episode counts, recent evidence references, and the observer-owned current impression snapshot. The renderer labels all data as descriptive context, preserves provenance, excludes raw private message text, and explicitly prevents impressions from becoming permissions or relationship mutations. Private Chat now requests this block only after the existing memory policy check and excludes the current inbound evidence so a cold call is not misclassified as an established relationship. Projection initialization is failure-isolated, and focused plus affected regression tests pass. Verification: 142/142 affected tests passing; Electron compile, ESLint, and diff checks passing.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
