Merged the conversations productization branch back into main with the following shipped changes: dedupe duplicate local private-chat replies so one inbound peer message produces one local reply; keep guided A2A turns pending until the local outbound message is actually visible in the thread; stabilize mixed local/remote pagination and thread projection ordering; strip internal execution narration from private-chat history and rendered replies; localize conversation timestamps to the runtime local timezone. Verified on merged main with npm run build and the targeted conversations/chat regression suite: tests/chat/privateChatStateStore.test.mjs, tests/chat/privateChatAutoReply.test.mjs, tests/chat/privateChatAutoReplyBackfill.test.mjs, tests/daemon/defaultConversationsHandlers.test.mjs, tests/ui/conversationsPageScript.test.mjs, tests/ui/conversationsViewModel.test.mjs, tests/chat/hostLlmChatReplyRunner.test.mjs, tests/a2a/conversationProjection.test.mjs.
