{"content":"[DEV JOURNAL] merge to main @ ad0a7947 — fix/group-task-worker-silent merged into main with --no-ff: the group-task rework line is now on main for acceptance. Brings (1) task #64 stopgap fixes: watchdog late-completion recovery (a turn finishing inside the 10-min window resolves normally instead of being discarded), host-notice speech accounting exclusion, plain-path presence confirmations, deferred-backlog coalescing per bot; (2) the single-commander architecture: the host never speaks in the group — a host→chair environment-notes channel (group_task_host_notes + one chair turn per batch) replaces all 14 host-impersonation sites, and the dual deadline/dependency tracks collapse to chair-owned single tracks; (3) docs: dev runbook (docs/group-task-runbook.md) + the Twin-facing skill doc updated in sync. Verified on main after merge: daemon suite 225/225, bridge/copy/service suites green, dist-electron rebuilt. Known pre-existing flake (not from this line): twinOrchestrationService 'workspace git evidence' test races git log --since against a commit created milliseconds before the attempt starts — fails ~1/3 runs.
