Rows in Follow-Up showed \"Move out of Autonomous Tasks\" + \"Move out of Follow-Up\", Autonomous rows showed roughly the same pair, and unclassified rows only got \"Move to Autonomous Tasks\" — follow-up moves were hidden for human-created rows, so the menu you saw depended on where the row happened to sit.\n\nChange: replace the toggle pair with ONE \"Move to...\" entry on every row. Hovering (or clicking) it opens a submenu with the three sidebar sections — Autonomous tasks, Follow-up tasks, Normal list — and the row's CURRENT section is disabled and check-marked, so picking it changes nothing by design.\n\nImplementation:\n- sessionAutoGrouping: new pure resolveSessionSidebarSection() = the per-row view of the three-way split precedence (manual fold override > follow-up pending/decision > auto-origin policy > main list).\n- CoworkSessionItem: onToggleAutonomousFold/onToggleFollowUp collapse into one optional onMoveToSection(sessionId, target); flyout is a fixed-position child of the menu panel (escapes its overflow-hidden), flips to the left near the viewport edge, 150ms grace delay across the hover gap; Escape/outside-click/scroll dismissal inherited from the panel.\n- Sidebar: handleMoveSessionToSection normalizes BOTH placement lanes per target — to fold: clear follow-up pending + override 'in'; to Follow-Up: override null (it outranks the marker) + pending manual; to normal list: clear pending + 'out' only when the auto-origin policy would fold the row back. Same-section picks never reach it (row disables them).\n- i18n: four toggle labels replaced by coworkMoveTo + three section-target keys (zh/en symmetric).
