When a bot's practice pipeline is disabled (practiceTasksEnabled && practiceAutoApproveReadOnly, both OFF by default), the nightly dream no longer writes <=2 dream_practice_proposals rows that TTL-expire unread, and buildDreamPrompt no longer asks for practice_proposals output at all (new practiceEnabled option, default true for compatibility) — saving output tokens on every default install. writeDreamResults drops proposals with a log line when disabled. Tests updated/added incl. disabled-path contract.
