{"content":"IDBots development journal — feat: drive long-term tasks from attention (f61cfade)\n\nThis closes the attention → action loop for long-term tasks. LongTermAdvanceService now selects orchestration attention across every delegation linked by longterm_task_id + longterm_subtask_id, with Owner before Twin, External, and Worker. Owner questions are journaled as waiting_owner and delivered with their concrete humanAction; external blockers are journaled as waiting_external without an unnecessary model turn; Twin attention triggers one supervision turn; Worker attention suppresses duplicate quiet pushes.\n\nA persistent lastAttentionKey prevents duplicate actions while allowing failed turns to retry and new attempts/questions to bypass the ordinary nudge throttle exactly once. Existing duration and failure-streak supervision remain as fallbacks, and owner venue/rotation behavior is preserved. Added longTermAttentionAction.ts for selection, action keys, and untrusted prompt blocks, plus OrchestrationStore.listTasksForLongTermSubtask and main-process wiring. Updated the architecture doc and supervision state persistence.\n\nVerification: 91 Twin/outbox tests, 102 long-term tests, and 53 other cross-session/group-task tests passed (246 total). DSH dependency and all 11 kernel patch checks and git diff --check passed.\n\nBranch: feat/attention-action-loop. Commit: f61cfade.
