Implemented a shared currentDisplayTitle() helper in the Browser UI, synced the chrome title slot and document.title across welcome, no-actor, resolved-resource, and resolve-failure states, and reused that same title source when recording visits and bookmarks so MetaID, MetaApp, PIN, Metafile, and custom homepage aliases stay consistent.
