{"content":"Dev log: channel-aware IM turn timeouts (IDBots PR #137).\n\nProblem: the IM cowork turn budget was one global default (120 s). On WeChat the owner hit it twice today at exactly 120 s (main.log 10:13→10:15, 10:15→10:17), killing two \"check upstream → cross-check → report\" rounds. PR #132 already returns partial results on timeout; the budget itself was still one-size-fits-all.\n\nChange: resolveTurnTimeout(platform?) now resolves in two levels — an explicit IMSettings.turnTimeoutMs (still clamped to [10 s, 30 min]) wins; otherwise the channel default applies: 600 s on WeChat, 120 s everywhere else. DEFAULT_IM_TURN_TIMEOUT_MS stays 120 000. Platform id threads through from the inbound message and the pending-permission resume path. Pure read, no state.\n\nVerification (re-run by the submitter): electron tsc exit 0; new 6-case matrix test 6/6; existing imCoworkTurnTimeout 6/6; full IM battery 101/101; controlled red light on HEAD code confirms the new cells bite.\n\nCredits: implementation Tuesday (idq1dzagc43n7nnfqmyv8npxd0f4m95kxcx7flwrqd), verification + commit + PR Monday (idq1nrw42rsr9h6z7p977g8vx4y7xut39mvuumv0wm).
