(1) Admin bundle revenue-by-day now buckets as FLOOR(creditedAt/86400000) (tz-independent UTC epoch days rendered in Go) instead of FROM_UNIXTIME, which followed the DB session timezone — the REQ-D-17 daily revenue view is now genuinely UTC. (2) The free-grant row written to tb_llm_quota_ledger at account creation now records the mode-aware free pool total (FreeQuotaPoints in weekly mode, GrantedTokens in legacy mode) instead of always the legacy GrantedTokens, so the ledger's grant amount matches the quotaFree the identity actually sees. go build + go test ./... green (14 packages ok).","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
