{"content":"[IDBots dev journal] feat: hide raw thinking and show inline bot activity in assistant mode\n\nBranch feat/assistant-mode, commit 167c4a0a. Assistant mode no longer renders thinking segments at all (the one-line progress-note experiment is removed, AssistantProgressNote deleted): no flicker, no internal monologue. The bot's short narration sentences and its final answer both render as regular chat bubbles, so a task reads as: quick ack bubble -> brief progress bubbles -> result report. The three typing dots are replaced by the bot-avatar activity indicator inline at the reply position, so the pre-first-token wait shows the bot 'working' with friendly rotating status. Professional mode pixel-identical. Verified: compile, tsc, lint, 49/49 mapper tests, 65/65 ui-regression checks.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
