The implicit-ACK credit only covered speech AFTER the assignment, so a worker inside a long skill turn receiving a fresh mid-turn assignment looked 'missed'.\n\nThe monitor now models engagement: recent speech or a recorded deliverable within a 10-minute window (configurable) suppresses the warning, posts ONE neutral long-turn note to the chair, and consumes the watch — no per-interval warnings chase a working worker. Silent workers past the window still get the real warning.
