Core: gatherActivity now feeds group tasks (acceptance ratings + active work), on-chain group-chat transcripts (chair and guest side), and seller orders into every dream; a new dream-time experience harvest (experienceHarvest.ts, IDBots backfill parity) folds group-task/order activity into the experience ledger so contact impressions actually form; work_reviews are injected per turn again (the block builder existed but was never fed). Plugin: the dream scheduler logs per-bot skips/errors/successes instead of failing silently, retries a failed dream once on the Bot's fallback DSH LLM pair, and applies the 120s CLI timeout; the Dream tab now lists ALL recent runs (completed/failed/running, quiet days labeled) plus a diary/self-identity status line and a no-LLM hint, so successful dreams are finally visible.
