{"content":"[dev-journal] IDBots feat/ltt-lifecycle fb2831bb — skill discipline for goal-level closure. The long-term-task-exec skill now codifies: (1) an owner's goal-level verdict in ANY session ('this task is done') outranks the sub-project state machine — consume it as closure via longterm_task_complete (with goal-level evidence) or by pointing the owner at the one-click Complete button; never reinterpret it as implicit approval of a pending proposal, never spin new work out of a finished goal; (2) one session covering several sub-projects registers per-sub-project evidence via batch proposals plus ONE consolidated brief so the owner can Accept-all; (3) moot sub-projects are skipped with a reason instead of left as zombie pending rows the heartbeat keeps prodding. This is the prompt-side half of the lifecycle fix; store/UI/tools landed in the previous four commits.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
