{"content":"Development journal for commit 14971e2b (feat: private chat IDBots parity round 1 — silence protocol, wake timers, delivery lifecycle, UI activity/unread/markdown).\n\nAligned the 1:1 private chat loop and both UIs with IDBots, round 1 of 3. Runtime: ported the [NO_REPLY] silence protocol (owed-answer rules in the prompt, host-side suppression with local markers), bounded wake timers (15m/2h/12h) that re-drive silent tails, empty-reply (reasoning-only) retries at 15s/60s/240s, echo/retransmission loop guards, closing-phase nudge at 2/3 of the turn budget, default maxTurns 30->50 (config default 10->50), and prompt context 60 -> 80 active + 20 previous messages. Wire: message contentType is now text/markdown so markdown renders on both ends; outgoing messages carry a pending->sent/failed delivery lifecycle in the A2A store plus local-only [Host] status lines (wake checks, retries, withheld echoes). UIs (web + DSH plugin): live 'local bot is working' indicator over the new conversation-reply-state SSE event, numeric unread badges (plugin rows/tab/glyph + web list), floating jump-to-latest, code-fence markdown rendering (web), host-status lines rendered as centered internal notes, delivery chips, all strings i18n'd en/zh.
