The Human/Bot selector badges previously used fixed English text because browserText() is a pass-through; hosts (e.g. Chinese-first IDBots) could not localize them. BrowserRuntimeLabels now has optional actorKindHuman / actorKindBot fields and the badge reads them through the existing runtimeLabel() mechanism, falling back to the fixed Human/Bot defaults when absent.
