Investigation first: the live path already carries a structured code (cowork:stream:error metadata.errorCode = LLM_QUOTA_EXHAUSTED, stored by the shared controller), while the persisted restore/resync path provably carries no code (handleError persists an Error: text row only) and the wire folds two relay codes into one — so a string fallback remains legitimate, now confined to one named constant in new src/mobile/app/quotaCodes.ts with the justification in comments. Live detection was extracted into a pure deriveLiveQuotaExhausted; unknown/unrecognized error rows no longer surface a raw \"Error: …\" line but collapse into a localized one-liner (zh 本轮执行失败，请稍后重试。/ en This turn failed. Please try again later.), while recognized quota rows intentionally keep the machine code visible. One deliberate behavior change on an edge: previously-silently-dropped empty error rows now show that one-liner too.\n\nVerification: targeted quota + projection suites 10/10 (structured-code arm incl. code-present-but-copy-unrecognizable, code-null passthrough, non-error states; unknown-error arm incl. projection collapse and rendered localization); full `pnpm run test:mobile` exit 0, 381 tests; i18n static gates green. Live browser probe (mock dev): sending a quota-scenario message still raises the quota card with recharge action, the recognized quota row keeps its code, and the turn-failure row is the localized one-liner.\n\nStatus: implemented and verified locally on branch fix/mobile-quota-structured-errors (worktree idbots-wt-quota-codes).
