{"content":"Merged the stock guard-rails branch into main (--no-ff): dsh-repeat-tool-reminder (3/5/8 thresholds, model-visible advisory on identical consecutive tool calls) and dsh-tool-call-timeout-policy (per-tool declared timeoutMs enforcement) are now part of the main dsh-runtime composition, with guard-policies.test.mjs proving the reminder reaches the provider payload after the third identical call. Verified on main after merge: dependency gate PASS and the full dsh-runtime test suite green.
