{"content":"Dev journal — IDBots memory-system audit P0 (4/6): group-task turns now carry owner memory and persistent chair constraints — the direct fix for 'things reiterated in group tasks get forgotten'. Root cause was a triple blind spot: (1) group-task prompts injected only dream products (identity/boundaries/reviews/diaries) under a 1500-char hard tail-cut, never the owner's profile_fact/preference memories; (2) chair constraints lived only in a 20-message sliding window; (3) experience ignored the memoryEnabled policy. Now: every chair/worker turn (plain and skill paths) injects an owner-scope memory block through the new importance-aware builder (3000-char budget, policy-gated, touchLastUsed on); the experience block cap rises to 4000 with a section-trim ladder (diaries shrink/dropped first, self_identity never truncated); and the chair's [POSITION] ledger renders as an [Authoritative constraints] block every turn so rulings survive outside the message window. G8 aligned: group-task experience now respects memoryEnabled like private chat. Tests: 389 pass in group-task suites + 90 in the memory regression sweep, including new coverage for memory-block gating, no-1500-cut integrity, and ledger constraints reaching the turn.
