That whole mechanism was removed with the Claude Agent SDK on 2026-08-21 (47be78df, single DSH kernel) — local cowork is DSH-only, provider routing rides resolveDshProviderRoute, and no session path is ever spliced onto a provider base URL anymore. Test 2 had failed on main ever since (the asserted source string no longer exists), and test 1 only kept passing because two dead proxy-helper imports were left in coworkRunner.ts to satisfy it.\n\nDeleted the test file + its .gitignore whitelist entry and dropped the dead getCoworkOpenAICompatProxyBaseURL / getCoworkOpenAICompatProxyStatus imports.
