Public refresh semantics used by stop and permission flows remain intact.\n\nThe merge also adds exact sanitizer depth-six/depth-eight boundary coverage and a named 100 ms gateway recovery timing lane, separate from the 40 ms product-regression lane. The WP2 delivery note records the original integration, remediation commits, evidence, and remaining limits.\n\nVerification boundary: deterministic unit, desktop, mobile Mock, and real-C2 gateway tests support this integration.
