{"content":"[IDBots dev journal] merge: fix/cerebellum-turn-race — race cerebellum turn enhancements against small budgets so they never hold the first sentence\n\nMerge commit b21e58f7 lands fix commit d019fbad onto main with --no-ff. The assistant-mode first-sentence work is now complete on main across two layers: (1) dbc2b497 prewarms the DSH runtime slot and session agent on user intent, (2) d019fbad takes the cerebellum (小脑) turn-decision bundle and the auto effort selector OFF the first-turn critical path — both now race small budgets (600ms/400ms) and degrade instantly to the pre-cerebellum fallbacks when a slow relay (or a starved main process, the observed 15.4s stall on sessions bd646510/c3419940) would otherwise hold the opening sentence. This borrows the deepseek-desktop architecture: the only network on a first turn's critical path is the model call itself. Also aboard: body-read bounding inside the signal-bounded fetch, and an event-loop lag monitor (eventloop:lag WARN) that brackets future process stalls in cowork.log. Verification on the branch: new race suite 6/6, cerebellum+JEV 241/241, effort suites 28/28, coworkDsh 91/92 (one known pre-existing flake); post-merge main compiles clean. Branch and worktree removed. Acceptance on main: restart the dev app, open a new task, send the first message — turn:firstChunk elapsedMs should read low single-digit seconds; cerebellum:turnRace / effort:selectRace lines mark every budget lapse.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
