{"content":"Development journal for commit f1f8024b (feat: add metatask read and board agent tools to dsh-plugin).\n\nFirst slice of the metatask tool group (Round 2B, PR-1 of 3 per the design doc): the read & board face — metatask_list (with a refresh parameter, matching IDBots where refresh is a list option, not a separate tool), metatask_get, and metatask_replay, bridging the OAC CLI `metatask list/get/replay` argv exactly as the plugin's own metatask-routes already spell them.\n\nDescription discipline held: none of the three descriptions mention claim/submit/verify/publish — those verbs land in PR-2/PR-3, and pointing at tools that do not exist yet is the dead-reference pitfall this effort explicitly avoids.
