The client replay was proven correct during forensics: the identical 18-round request rebuilt from the session log passes the gateway. Branch verified before merge (test:cowork-proxy 104/104 including a real runtime boot on the corrected key, adjacent proxy/catalog tests 67+35, tsc and eslint clean) and re-verified on merged main after the merge (104 + 12 green).
