The next bot edit (My Bots > Edit or metabot_update) therefore silently un-assigned every skill_tool-installed skill, and the bot reported it as \"not installed\" while the files were still on disk.\n\nFix: mirror assignment rows into the column after every assignment write + idempotent reconcile at every launch; [skills-audit] logging for every destructive skill op; updateMetaBotCore reports removedChatSkills and the metabot_update tool result calls dropped skills out loudly; skills.config.json now records the install source (metafile://, URL, path, github, npm, skills.sh) so a lost directory can be reinstalled; authorized-but-missing skills are detected (startup audit + a \"Missing on disk\" section in list_installed_skills + skills:listMissing/forgetMissing IPC).\n\nTests: skill-assignment suite 160/160 green; build + lint (changed files) green.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
